Quarterbacks aren’t developed by accident.
They’re built through precision, repetition, and understanding why every movement matters.
At QB Sessions, we believe the position starts from the ground up, not with arm strength, not with fancy agility drills, and not with social media hooks. Real quarterback play is footwork, timing, rhythm, and decision-making working together as one.
That foundation traces back to the principles first systemized by Bill Walsh and the West Coast offense where every drop, hitch, and throw is tied to the concept of the play.
Today, very few athletes are taught those details.
We do.

Most quarterback training focuses on “getting reps.”
We focus on installing mechanics, details that most quarterbacks never learn.
Every throw is broken into five teachable phases, both stationary and on the move, with a specific drill progression for each. Using motor-learning principles, athletes don’t just copy movements they groove them until they’re automatic.
Because mechanics shouldn’t disappear under pressure.
They should show up stronger.

Why This Works
Arm talent means nothing without timing.
QB Sessions teaches true dropback mechanics, rhythm, and pocket mechanics the way quarterbacks were originally trained; efficient, repeatable, and tied directly to the play design. When the feet are right, everything else becomes easier. Accuracy improves, velocity increases, and the game slows down.
That’s why our quarterbacks look different.
Smoother.
Natural.
Confident.
You may not know why when you watch them.
You just see it.
If you’re serious about improving your passing mechains, and not just being another arm, QB Sessions was built for you.

Chris Dapolito I Founder QB Sessions
Christian Dapolito is a quarterback developer built from one of the most respected coaching lineages in football and proven on the college field.
A former quarterback at Duke University, Coach Dap trained under renowned quarterback mentor Mario Verduzco, studying the detailed mechanics and timing principles rooted in Bill Walsh and the West Coast offense.
He later became the Head Football Coach, Offensive Coordinator, and Quarterback Coach at Pace University, where he led the program, called plays, and developed quarterbacks at the collegiate level, becoming one of the youngest head coaches in the country at just 28 years old.
Today, Coach Dap brings that same college level structure and detail to every athlete he trains.
QB Sessions is different by design.
While most modern training focuses almost exclusively on arm strength, QB Sessions builds the position from the ground up. True dropback mechanics, timing, and rhythm from the West Coast system are taught the way they were originally designed to be executed: efficient, repeatable, and tied directly to the route concept. Few quarterbacks today are ever taught these details, and even fewer coaches have lived in the system long enough to teach them correctly.
Instead of random agility drills or “just getting reps,” quarterbacks are taught why mechanics work. Using motor-learning principles, each throw is broken into five teachable phases both stationary and on the move with specific progressions that install efficient movement patterns over 2 to 4 day install sessions depending on your level of play.
Mechanics aren’t guessed.
They’re installed. Grooved. Repeatable.
The result is quarterbacks who look smoother, throw with more velocity, and play with confidence under pressure — because their movement is natural and automatic.
At QB Sessions, we don’t just train throws.
We develop quarterbacks.
