Season 2 Episode 2 – Men of Iron

Iron Man 3 release week is finally here giving B-Sox and Quentin a reason to get together for another episode. So that they don’t bore you with an hour of Iron Man talk (possible spoilers, depending on what you consider a spoiler) some NFL draft, Big Ten realignment, and the Jason Collins situation are thrown in for good measure. Episode 18 – One For The Road

B-Sox and Quentin decided it was time to bring everyone up to speed on what has been going on. The result is this little marathon that you are about to experience in; over 3 hours of podcasting “gold”. Segment 1 starts out with a little update on things and then turns to karaoke reminiscing and planning. Segments 2 and 3 are NFL and college football, respectively. Usually that’s where things end but not this week. The guys were having so much fun that they decided to record a “secret” segment. Some movie talk turned into a whole lot of paranormal discussion/stories and some Halloween stuff. I guess this is what a month off, and a tasty steak, will do to us. Take your time getting through it and enjoy!

Episode 16 – College Football Week

We’ve made it! We’ve survived the college football off season. With the start of the season BSox and Quentin (Justin was again missing) devote an entire episode to the greatness that is college football. Segment 1 covers college football as a whole, Segment 2 takes a look at Iowa State’s upcoming season, and Segment 3 looks at the anomaly that is the Iowa Hawkeye football program. We give 110% for 60 minutes, and a few overtime periods.

Segment 2 turns weird as they discuss the new phenomenon that is anal tattoos (yes, people are really getting them now) and some possible ideas for tattoos. Segment 3 returns to “normality” with some fantasy football talk and plans for BSox’s future Powerball winnings (of course the content of the 3rd segment could also come to fruition if someone decides to provide enough financial support via sponsorship, just saying).
